Didn't get it. This case was filed by Akshara and her family first. Whoever said it court k bahar doesn't matter in court it was filed as a civil case by Mr and Mrs Sharma for the full custody rights of Master Abhir Sharma against Dr Abhimanyu Birla.

Akshara was aware of what she did yet she went ahead with the case. I don't know what to say for such stupidity.

Anyway I just stated facts as per the episodes. Rest is upto you to assume anything you want

She did ask for co parenting in between case to abhim….he had choice to accept it but he refused….what about his stupidity which can help to spare abhir from pain

Both party can't be defendant. As per what is shown Akshara filed the case. Like Abhimanyu filed it the first time during Surgery and then scrapped it during that time Abhimanyu was plaintiff and Akshara defendant.

This time under the influence of BP that we will file a case and we will win mind you. We will not tell Abhir the truth ever. Akshara filed the case that makes her plaintiff and the case was against Abhimanyu so that makes him defendant.

@bold first of all i am not making up words. That's the legal language of when you go file a case.

Second I watch this show and i am allowed to share my opinion on any character. Surprisingly, when i used to comment on how stupid Abhimanyu is looking, uski harkatein is ajeeb no one said to me that don't make such comment talk about your favourite or anything now that I am on the other side i get this lecture everyother day.

As long as i follow COC of forum i can share my remarks on the show and it's characters.

He is toh anyway a bad person for many here in forum. I don't get why still the other party expect him for anything. Even Akshara for that matter. 🤷🏻‍♀️

By stupidity i meant he is not the one who forged legal documents.

Simple hai if i knew k i have done some legality issues i would avoid court k chakkar coz court mein baat kholegi toh poori khulegi toh it should have been Ak who should have avoided going to court instead of throwing attitude k saal mein do baar aaynge mil lena

Abhimanyu filed a custody suit that was being negotiated when Abhir had to have his surgery. And then they took it to court after Manjari had the audacity to ask the current husband of her ex-bahu to abandon her so that she could go back to her abusive son. That was what was shown in the show lol

I am not defending abhi here as what he did was horrible that day!!! He got his punishment, being with family he was lonely for 6 yrs, he lost his time with his son for 6 yrs, he realised his mistakes and is redeeming.

Okay bhai you win. Also, Manajari didn't ask anyone to abandon she just said don't you think they deserve another chance.

Again Abhimanyu has scrapped that case and this one was initiated by Akshara and her family. But you guys will only see what you want to see so i am out Cozno matter who started what doesn't change the fact that Abhi won so 🫡
