It wasn't too bad, but they did the whole marriage thing too quickly- they were married (albeit semi-forced) within 20 odd episodes.

Because the girl already loved the boy, and the boy (while not loving her initially), was pretty sorted as a ML, the only way for conflict/ITV drama was his family.

Struggled on the TRP front- think it was pretty much 0.1 for the entire duration.
