Coz Cyrus never asked Jiya to make that concession on his behalf. Jiya did it on her own. (Also, Abhishek did break the bigger rule aka nomination)

Abhishek should instead play smartly and keep Cyrus on his side for numbers. In terms of the game, he only has Manisha on his side.
