we all want bollywood to move forward, do something new, something hatke...but end of the day..wahi typical bollywood love story, with songs, with shaadi, baraat, costumes-even gawdy chalega, loud, rona dhona, sarees, jhumkas, bindis, thappad, snow, white house, castles...kul mila karr...a typical bollywood movie.

from the response i am seeing...it seems like most were suffocating and wanted a kjo drama back ...full throttle. it might open big and who knows if it clicks with family, it will be an instant hit!

currently running in theaters, sort of subtle movie satyaprem ki katha playing...it is disheartening to see the collections not moving in a big way.

why?

and then we complain and whine....

majority comparing it with 2 states...yaad aaya...2 states had aloo and arjun kapoor. arjun tastes a solid success, maybe for the fist time. 😆and then we say .... aloo do not have chemistry....kjo...get a movie with sid and aloo pls ...my secret jodi. write it down...woh bhi hit hoga.

she was also fine with shanturaam in gangubai..their chemistry ufff❤️

in darlings...her and vijay...ufff❤️

now who saying that RS and aloo no chemistry? 😆

if this becomes a hit, then its 2 strikes , 3rd coming with SLB baiju bawra. 😆

The problem with Satya Prem is the lead. I personally just cannot bring myself to watch his movies, not even on the OTT. The only movie I sort of watched of his was that Sonu ke sweety ki tutti and disliked both him and the movie to the core. And that was it.

Same ghisipiti family drama. Never thought will say this but Alia is the only good thing in the film and in some level the songs might work positively. The supporting actors somehow give mixed vibe. Watching Jaya in nagin role with this costume is a torture

Ok. watched the trailer. After a long time a trailer which I not just completely watched but repeat watched a couple of times. I liked both Rocky and Rani. Both Alia and Ranveer have put in sincere work and it’s showing. Ranveer definitely shone better may be because they showed more of him in the trailer. I choked over my tea at both the Bigboss and Dadaji wale bits. 🤣

Jaya seems to have taken up a typical starplus saas role. Scary!😱

Ronit is playing the Randhawa dad? He looked so powerful.

I am a little sad that they didn’t show much of Dharam ji but may be they saved the best for the theater.

Music, sets, costumes everything seems to be on point. Looks like this one will sail through.
