Nice Post. Could not stop to write something on this:

1. The custody case was brought in by Bade Papa and Manjari. AbhiM put it on hold due to the kid's health condition but he never clearly said he wants to withdraw it. Most likely he was expecting Sharmas to tell Abhir the truth. If not he would have told the truth. And he was in no mind to leave him with Sharmas. His thoughts were to take him to UD and probably Sharmas would have visited Abhir whenever they would have wanted. Birlas would not have allowed them to have any views on Abhir's up bringing. Abhimanyu would have gone for this custody battle if that was not acceptable. CVs to give some grace to AbhiM has made BP the scapegoat.

2. Without getting into whether Akshara was right or not, no logiic justifies separating mother and kid, and on ground of financial instability. Even law allows mother to bring up child in jail, though legally they are criminal. Not writing father's name on the BC - you can make proceeding for the mother punish her but not create a ground for giving the custody.

3. I have full doubt on the judgement - is there some bribery done. It happens in real life as well. No demeaning to any person practicing law.

4. There are lot of open in the air and prospect - Abhir's reaction staying in BH. Whether case will be re opened and Akshara will use her qualification ? Whether Nav will live to be financially well off ? If Akshnav relationship will survive ? The writers can do amazing job if they wish to, but somehow i am not seeing fullest potential of their skills

5. Last - Manjuri's dillusion - Abhi has not done anythign wrong to Akshara. What did she mean - did she say that only beating up your wife is abusive. Abhir loves his docman a lot so he will be happy. My take she will go beyond any level to malice Akshara. may be she will say Abhir that your mom eloped with Nav betraying Docman.Arohi and Mahima can be the hidden spy at BH to protect Abhir.

@Bold - yaar aap toh legacy viewer ho, writes khud iss show ko itna nai samajte jitna you know because they keep changing them. Zama is doing great for that memebers.

But what surprised me was that I thought he would object his mom and take a stand... Just like a word against Anubhav riles up Akshara... A word against Manjiri riles him up... Like there should have been atleast a little growth in his character.

And Goenkas... They are horrible since Gen 2 yaar... And I heard that even Birlas were better at start of gen 3. Like clips I have seen of gen 3 family were really cute... Now it's messier though.. Pehle Kairav did great kaand of restraining orders and now Manish.. In a way whole Goenkas as just bunch of brainless chickens. But Birlas have gone worst with literally criminals - ek wife beater, ek abuser (Harsh before I am attacked), ek manipulator queen... Maltab iss family ab koi dhang ka hai Arohi and Shefali ko chodkar? Mahima supporting Parth was also horrible today!

Did u guys watch norway vs mrs chatterjee movie which was based on true event…..same way norway govt gives kids custody to foster care because of cultural and financial differences…..but at last Indian constitution give’s custody to mrs chatterjee that mother has more rights than financial or cultural differences……which was a true case….but here court gave custody to single rich father than mother which makes me think did majiri bribe judge….chances r there birlas didnuse money power in anisha ase

I still believe this is the case. No way AkshNav lost Abhir's custody like this. I think they'll take that route only. Then Akshara will put her degree to use and Sharmas will get Abhir's custody.

While I understand the comparison you're trying to make, it's crucial to note that the situations in yrkkh and Mrs. Chatterjee vs Norway are too different.

Abhimanyu is indeed the biological father of Abhir, not child services or a foster care system. It's also important to remember that Abhimanyu or his mother was not particularly interested in gaining custody at that time atleast, it was Manish who had the idea.Abhimanyu was supportive of Akshara when she said she will only later on tell Abhir about him.

On the other hand, "Mrs. Chatterjee vs Norway" deals with a situation where a mother fights against a foster care system and cultural differences to regain custody of her children.

Given these distinct circumstances, comparing the two doesn't seem entirely fair. Also, while it's natural to speculate about potential influences in court decisions, making assumptions about bribery is a bit too much..It’s my personal opinion.

It is every parents worst nightmare to lose their child. The child for whom you endured so much pain, worried about for days and nights, studied their face and behavior, did the silliest things to bring a smile to their face, laughed with them, cried with them, fought with others for their rights, did every possible thing you could for them, and loved them with every atom in your body. All for it to lose them one day! 💔💔

And Abhir said that he could maybe live with docman, but he’s a kid. Kids always say things that they don’t mean in their innocence. Because Kids at that age cannot think long term. They don’t think about the future or forever. For him docman’s ghar is like his Nani ka ghar. You can enjoy their company for a few months, have loads of fun and masti with your cousins, get pampered by them, but eventually you want to go home, to your room, to your friends, to your belongings, to your parents. And he missed Kasauli and his family time there and wanted to go back at the end of both of his trips to UD. That’s his home!
And to give custody on the basis of their financial conditions is ridiculous. They aren’t homeless or shown to be struggling day to day. And even BC fraud isn’t a HUGE reason to snatch a child from mom. That doesn’t make any sense. It is a crime! And she could be put on trial for it, but to take her child away. I mean come on!

I’m guessing that a foul play is behind this. Or it’s just bad writing.
but idk.. right now it’s just speculations that he will probably hate AbhiM or resent him. Or that he won’t be able to adjust. Or that Ak will fight back to regain her child’s custody. I don’t know. MJ is not in her senses and she can do anything for AbhiM and his happiness. I’m afraid in her desperation for Abhir’s love and affection she could try to manipulate his mind. She’s not gonna let him go that easily. I guess we’ll just have to see. 🤷🏻‍♀️

But one thing is certain that sooner or later he will be back with AK. 🤞🏼

Upar se Manjari justifying that Ak ke sath kuch bura nahi hua hai. Mahima was spitting facts today. Manjari ke liye bas uska beta sahi hai. That this decision of theirs is gonna affect Abhir the most. And the hypocrisy around how Abhim deserves to be happy so he is allowed to take away the child from the mother who was there with him for 6 years, but Ak does not deserve to be happy and is the worst person alive to hide her son out of fear of loss which actually came true eventually? The hypocrisy of Abhim being a God when he tries to help others or fights goons without giving much thought to it all, vs Akshara being a careless mother for trying to save children from trafficking? The hypocrisy of Abhim being in pain, while Ak’s pain being ignored? I don’t want to say more than this
