akshu had given birth by almost dying as she had complications why ask for one more kid? Why can't Abhir run the legacy? Ab Palne wala beta nahi hai Abhinav ka khoon hona zaroori hai?

For a change: Makers can show adopting a kid is better than risking their wife's life as in all shows they show women getting pregnant again and again even after so many complications which is really a carless decision.
