Financial Conditions would probably be easiest point to beat in future - once Akshara is officially lawyer...

On top of it, the judgement is so strongly biased towards Abhimanyu that visitation rights are only for weekend? That too with permission?

finally - Soul connection (sorry aur kuch nai mila) ... The soul connection shown between Abhimanyu and Abhir is way stronger!

Now I can give you 50 reasons why AkshNav deserves the custody despite their financial lows, but woh nai dena... Aap khud hi samaj jao!

I am already waiting for this track to end.. This track is most boring one in this show after that khera kaand. . As simple as they could have handled sensibly but no they want to make raita in it also..

I haven’t watched this show for a week now but a clip came up on IG and I was like are they really making mockery out of middle class on national television then I was like maybe it’s normal on ITV and I haven’t watched that many shows so I’m unaware lol.

Believe me ITV has shown much much worse. They have shown folks with criminal past adopt kids , every illogical thing under the sky.

No dude, in all other cases, people had more logical reasons to give custody. And your point is valid...

Middle class family can raise a child too jaise aaj tak they did for Abhir. Plus, Abhir's emotions weren't even considered when judgement was passed. I think the whole one stupid reason was given was because that idea was easily reversable.

It’s so insulting! Means middle class parents shouldn’t think about having children if they can’t afford luxuries?? Matlab hum middle class log kuch bhi nahi hai??!! Aise mein toh naira sharma ko bhi conceive krne se pehle sochna chahiye 🙄
they could’ve used any of those reasons that you mentioned.
