It should be 7 + 2 = 9. 9 x 6 = 54.

So the answer you want without Bidmas and Bodmas.. so the answer 19. 🤔

But 7 + 2 + 2 x 6 as there are 2 flowers..

And then 21

Or 66 if you separate the multiplication.

Then the caterpillars have different dots on them..
