That literally is not how it works. A forgery on an educational certificate overstates your qualification and is false information. Your birth certificate in India doesn't necessiate a father's name let alone a biological father's name. No court in the world will give the custodial rights the father on that basis or any basis unless the mother is entirely encapacitated and/or proven to be abusive.

it is totally questionable how the full custody goes to abhi....even after the white day events are disclosed....

I believe that this is done, so that abhir knows the truth and hates abhi....warna sharmas to kuch batate nahi ki kyun abhi is not the father...what he had had done...and what akshu had to face....and off course abhi and his mamma to nahi batayenge....

I believe that ,makers wanted abhir in birla house to know the full truth as y his rwp is not in the picture....

baki to makers hi jaane...how will they justify abhi getting abhir's custody.....

I don't think Abhimanyu can win on the basis of finances. Court will probably ask him to give child maintenance to Abhir. Birth Certificate - no idea.

I don't think any realistic law procedure is being followed considering how today's episode was.

The problem with Yrkkh is always consistency and execution of tracks... They are never in sync or alligned..
