They ruined it again…

Why are the writers hellbent on ruining every track? Where was the custody battle? Fast track court mein gaye the kya? Flashbacks and fast forward mein hi poora case nipta denge. This track was not explored only at all🤦🏻‍♀️

Writers don’t have time to incorporate nuances of a legal case. So if they show this track without including nitty gritty of laws, they would come out as fool. Hence, this treatment to court proceedings.

This is what I feel.

They cant show custody case until fraud of hospital forms n birth certificate is included which would lead to felony charges against mother n her current husband for interference in legal procedure. this case wouldnt even go to court. FIR would have been done n case would be state Vs. Ak n Co.

thats why we had a musical court n custody will go to Abhimanyu.

what Ak did is a crime nt just lie. makers didnt think properly before making this the post leap trope. ppl r watching in disgust, out of curiosity not coz they love it.

ABhir still dsnt know the real father n there is a custody case, this is the creativity level of makers.

My take is that they didn't have any valid reason to not give custody to Abhimanyu but storywise they did want to explore that angle where Abhimanyu gets custody and see

- How it would affect dynamics of AkshNav

- How would Abhir react

Etc.

I have a feeling there will be another major drama after Akshu herself becomes lawyer and Abhir knows the truth... Tab shayad Dhamake wala lekar aayenge...

My understanding is that makers are trying to rerun those tracks during IPL ab with thoda better execution..

They have to close the Birla hospital for all the bakwas equipment they have , they simply said Ak that she had a miscarriage and sent her home ,having house full of Dr’s ,even her pathi being a Dr not once checked her to confirm ! I know they just lost Neil but this is not any less pain too! They have all faulty equipment! Parth is a fraudster and wife beater that truth will also come out! Abhimanyu is an abuser who abused his wife mentally after Neil’s death and accused her for 9 deaths and also her seerat mom’s death and caused her trauma!,divorced and kicked her out of the house ! He is also single !

So logically they have nothing to show how Birla’s won the case so they muted everything to give custody to AbM!

Just a day 2 Abhinav is about to reveal the truth but now they r showing as if they never wanted Abhir to know the truth! They keep changing the tracks according to trp audience , they r showing more of Akshnav scenes so they might show how Akshnav bond get stronger and how they deal with this pain and also how Abhir will react staying in Birla house without his parents !

They hurried it up. After the promo, people were shouting custody custody but what is this Day 1, Day 2 and then custody to Dr Birla. What next - They only spend some thoughts on the marriage others are hype and then super fast train.

Still 7k is way more than its required that to for 3 people
