I am not sure if its the chain OR MK spotted Farukh praying in the durgah and found out OR through the hospital or something else.

I am increasingly feeling that he has already found out where Mee is but he is in intezaar for her to return on her own.

He is respecting her will to stay away. So it's even harder for him to remain in intezaar than to not know and keep looking for her.

Btw, the chain is a lame clue waise... cause Meerab was not wearing the pendant and by itself the chain is quite common, doesn't have any special thing on it for him to figure out. Chalo, let's see.
