Saif is quite Sly . era banke pera khata hain. He could have easily stopped Samia from marrying him but he misguided whole Agha family before wedding. So I have zero sympathy for the mess he created now. But I do understand his character better now

I dont think she is letting him go. I feel Aaliya has this extremely high expectations from Salman and their unsaid connection. She feels no matter what he will be there for her and when he said he is leaving she got hurt. Even if she hasn't given commitment to him verbally her behaviour says otherwise. She dont feel indebt towards him for looking after her family in her absence. She behaves as if it's a normal thing and it's part of his responsibility towards her since he is also her family. Aaliya can sit at office on her parent's anniversary because salman is there to do what she has to do. She trusts him to look after her family like she does. She wasn't worried about tanya till now because salman was there to protect her but now that Salman told he won't be there she is getting worried for tanya.

It will look granted at times but then we all take our family for granted at some point of time because we know they are not going anywhere.

From aaliya's pov she is letting him inside her family and her life to this level then he should automatically understand what he is to her. When he said he is leaving for himself how can she stop him when she never gave him the right to stop her when she does things on her own.
