I don't care how much love that group has for NM. NM seems a really nice person, a good actor, articulate, socially conscious, and I like him too. But projecting their love on to Ram to the extent of whitewashing and deifying the character...okay, chalo, I'd let it go. But to show such venom for his costar and not just to the character but the actor too, that was next level ghatiya. And it was worse for being constant, concerted attacks. Maybe they're a cult. Mass hypnosis.😄 Remember, when Pihu disliked Ram, she was badddd (of course because of Priya). When Pihu loved Ram, they fantasized about Ram and Pihu sans Priya. Wah!

Oh yeah, those screenshots! Reams of them!🤣 Bhai, kyun?

All in all, I'm glad I can't see all that anymore. It made my head ache yesterday.

Exactly my point! Like even I genuinely love and admire NM for the person he is, and even look forward to him as an inspiration in many cases, but just because he is good, doesn't mean you'll worship him or something. He's also a normal human being and he also has flaws, he's not perfect or something as they portray. And to then mock his costar by saying that she can never be as good as him, and she's not a good person or doesn't have values like nm, and counting the list of her flaws is just so low!!!

Just a very small example, even more trash things have been said to Disha ( and Rahul too )...when nm dp won the best actor award at ita, in his speech, nm mentioned dp and thanked her also along with other team members, whereas when dp went to give the speech, she thanked the whole team and crew in general and did not mention nm's name specifically, so they made such a big issue of this! Trolled and mocked her by saying that she is not humble, not grounded, very self centered and bla bla bla, when nm himself says that dp is the most humble person he comes across. This is just a really very small example, I cannot even go to the depths of mentioning what all they haven't said to her...so yeah! 🤢😡👎🏼

And about pihu also...I'm remembering, they once said that pihu doesn't deserve ram 🤣🤣🤣

Like are they serious, does this make any sense even that you are saying a daughter doesn't deserve her father because she was more concerned about her mom when priya was unwell🤣

Who are they even to decide that. Ram ke pyaar me itne paagal hai ki jis beti ke peeche ram paagal hai use hi bol rahe hai she doesn't deserve ram! And that too for what, because when ram priya had an accident, pihu was more concerned about priya as she was critical!

As per them Ram only deserves them, they'll keep him wrapped in a blanket like a baby, and do everything for him, he doesn't even need to move, and they'll just keep staring at his HAWT body parts 🤣🤣🤣

Its all about how and why Ram falls out of love from Kri ,though IMO , Ram and Kri's love is quite superficial ,.. and falls in love with Pri .

Now , Kri is no Vedu (I personally feel Reena had a better screen presence though she is not a good actor)..and I guess they will keep it all light hearted

The thing that bothers me is the girlie doesn't have any screen presence or individuality...and sometimes I even forget to notice her when in crowd ...hence I don't feel either sad or mad when she is onscreen ..most of the time I skip her part as it's boaring

Yeah, none of the bad guys are going anywhere.

I think the actress playing Kriti is competent enough, though she does tend to get lost in a crowd. I think the antipathy or criticism arises from how EK has conditioned viewers wrt leads' love interests. Kriti has already been robbed of whatever sympathy she had by the horrid way she caused Ram to be viewed in the bachelor's party.

Of course hating on third wheels is due to the immense frustration they cause because the cvs keep their potential as threats going so long. Remember the hate Krish got? Remember Heera's unwarranted interference in matters that had nothing to do with her and that nauseating laying claim to someone she'd rejected for greener pastures? I'm hoping there isn't enough time for Kriti to induce me to wanting to bitch slap her off my screen, but it's EK. I'm sure she'll wring every last bit of negativity from Kriti, Yuvraj, and whoever else.

Wouldn't it be interesting to watch an ensemble cast where the leads weren't defined and we genuinely didn't know who'd end up together, and the characters weren't either eulogised nor vilified? This format of ml, fl, exes, as we have seen ad infinitum is so predictable.

Yeah, I remember. I remember that velli comment too, and the brazen defense of it, along with mocking DP for her (quite appropriate) reply.

It's irrelevant how good, selfish, happy -go-lucky, egoistic (or not) Disha is, how she spends her money, or whether she and Rahul are publicity oriented. What's relevant is she did a damn good job, and even managed to make me not totally dislike Priya 2.0. NM's own statements wrt her are conveniently ignored (or probably used as examples of his goodness and her undeservedness) and the hate train just keeps running. And they have this air of being superior beings whose opinions are the only possible truth.

It's the meanness that got to me. To persistently denigrate someone in every possible way-- screenshots where an expression was mocked; deliberate sidelining; outright excluding the fl from praise in scenes where both were good, but only the ml was appreciated (often beyond the call); nasty nicknames; wilfully and perversely promoting, defending, or justifying anyone rather than their most hated; running down the fl and still worshipping the ml when neither character made sense; etc., etc.
