I think Nav is the type of person who wouldn’t just lash out or show his anger to others. He’s the type who lets it build up and cries about it instead of acting impulsive. Akshara knows him for 6+ years and knows how he is so she’s been trying to find out what happened.

For instance if Akshara does something wrong, he may not act impulsively, break things, and kick her out but leave himself and cry somewhere in the corner and return back if that makes sense lol. He lacks confrontation and chooses to hide his pain.

I differ he did jump up to the conclusion when KV walked out that day.
