IBD 3 Naya Daur Dance Hardcore--- Discussion Thread 2 - Page 4

This makes complete sense and I now realise why in the BTS the choreographers were almost never seen much and we felt how some of them are not giving their best. This solo thing is actually happening this week if I look at the costumes. Saturday is probably three hours of solos because the new choreographers were wearing normal dresses and Sunday is Kumar Sanu special. And they shot for two freaking days this time!! I have seen stories with timing as late as 12 AM where they were shooting!!

I would say kudos to those eight people who had the guts to challenge the production house instead of getting arm twisted and bullied and working as cheap labour. The industry is known for such stuff and I'm so happy that they united and boycotted the show. And I don't think they did anything wrong because the proof is right there in the episodes. We have been seeing them perform so many acts and my heart breaks now because we didn't know the ground reality and were actually the acts thinking this season is so much about dance.

Looks like not just IBD but it's an end of Super Dancer also for me given they have been threatened about not being employed anymore. Also imagine if they can do this to their employees, what all they must have done to the super dancer kids last season. Remember in all BTS we would see the kids rehearsing till late at night and super early call times?

I know right. I am not really mad at the new choreographers for joining the show bcoz everyone have their own reasons. But I'm mad at vaibhav for that post. You are not supposed to gloat about being a part of the show which asked your friends to leave when they raised some fair demands. This is unacceptable and he deserves his share of negative comments for that.

Definitely no more IBD 3 for me.

No wonder Norbu was constantly practicing his steps in between other ppl's acts if u saw from other vlogs of shoot day

We were so happy bout the show getting such a makeover with no guests, new songs, some extra dance performances by contestants and choreographers, battles, solos like it was a true celebration of dance, but we didn't think much bout what actually goes behind. I think as audiences, we also needed that wake up call to realize that from how much hardship all these ppl go through, not just choreographers or contestants, all the assistants to the choreographers, costume designers, set designers, coordinators work till late. Sometimes we complain bout the choreographies being mediocre when we know how much the choreographers are actually capable of producing, but if they are treated like this by the production house, i would be giving more than mamahuhu acts than them

Meredith kept saying "No guest No TRP", let's see how much TRP they bring with this new daud 🤢

Now i also feel sorry for the Indian Idol peepz too 🤪

Yeah it's similar with the daily shows in the US. They have to churn new material every day and it has to be informative, insightful and funny and it's a grind and it's ends up being mediocre. John Oliver on the other hand does weekly with so many breaks for the writers and it's evident in their quality and they end up getting the Emmy every year.

I have wondered this since the DID and DID litte dancers days what talent and hard work these guys are putting in. Every week new dance form, new styles, new demands.. it is crazy..

I wonder if the grind to practice Naatu Naatu broke them 🙈

Suddenly in my YT Amardeep and Amit's Yeh Raatein Yeh Mausam popped up and i was thinking at least Shubho didn't leave so Amar is not needed as popper for Sushmita, Thank God. Gaurav already being there means pop pop is covered 🤪🤪🤪 Matlab galat soch soch ke pareshan i am 🤪

I still wanna know who that choti wala guy wearing same costume as Shivanshu 🤔

Also i read the best comment in YT about IBD3's Naya Daud, it says that usually in Indian serials when the show is getting boring and they wanna shake things up, they fast forward the stories 3-4 yrs and introduce new ppl, here in IBD3, they changed the choreographer lot to shake things up 🤣🤣🤣

Wait I'm confused how many poppers are required? One to replace Rupesh. They already have shubo for sushmita. Maybe one to replace vartika as well. Then why do they need Gaurav 🤔

Though I pity the one who would be replacing Rupesh bcoz that would mean full on dancing with aniket and that requires lots of energy🤪 I doubt if tiger Or amardeep would be able to do it. And if they tried to slow aniket down or made him do robotics etc then feeling sorry for aniket😭

I don't think they are looking for similar dance styles any longer, they probably brought in whoever was free at the end moment 😆 I have no clue what Tiger will do as a choreographer because I have never seen him do anything except popping. Right now it feels like Gourav Tiger and Amardeep are all for Akshay Pal 😆
