Thank you IndiaTv. I think we decoded the promo. Abhi would want to tell Abhir the truth. The Me factor is back again. I am the real papa. But Akshu will not agree and Maa Bata will go for custody. The lawyers may point out that Akshara has to bring out the truth of white day, Abhinav will be questioned as step father. Moreover, Abhir has to be told the truth and he may be called in court. So Akshu will give. Kanoon ke age maa ki mamta har gayi. The mother in Akshu will definitely not wat her son, her husband to go through all these.

Abhir must be told that he is going to some camp with docman and the plan will be they develop an unbrekable bond and go to Birla House. But Abhi will understand that a child cannot live without his parents. So Abhir will come back.

Most likely ABhi will shift to foreign land and that will be the exit of HC. Whether the show goes on that is still being decided.

The show survived without OG akshara and Kaira were also brutally ended so if they execute the tracks well the show will survive and thrive imo

HC won't leave i guess. This track will lead to many realisations especially both of abhi and ak. Abhir will not like all this when he gets truth.

Realisation for Akshu - That she should not hold back the truth. her son will be her. Abhir will love her even more after knowing the truth. My view she did not do anything wrong by marrying a stranger not running after Abhi and Manju - give your name to my son. But she should have told her family the truth.

Abhimanyu - A heartfelt sorry for not being able to manage his anger.

Wait i cannot believe I almost spent my 11 posts quota yesterday explaining the legality of custody and how Abhimanyu under actual real life circumstances would never get Abhir's custody.... not even partial. Only for DKP to show him get FULL CUSTODY 😆

Nope. This ain't required considering biological father and mother were divorced and estranged for a REASON.

Guess that reason isn't considered what is actually was OR Akshara refused to reveal what happened that day to protect Abhir from the emotional upheaval it would bring and how it would change his perspective towards his Docman.

I see but let us assume Abhimanyu claims his right? mother has forged a birth certificate. She can claim that divorce was signed under stress, still will it be enough.

Akshara hasn't issued a name change in local gazette which should done as per process.

Mother hasn't forged a birth certificate. She had every right to give the legal rights to someone else considering the abuse on white day.

Biological father abused mother.. She went away for her own safety. Found a person who took care of her during her pregnancy and gave her solace. For the safety of herself and her son, she put his name on the birth certificate making him the legal father.

Abhimanyu's claim to be the legal father from biological one would be smooth sailing if only Akshara never reveals the truth about what happened to her that day. Once the truth is out, he wouldnt ever get custody. Not even joint forget full. He would get monitored visitation rights and would have to pay for child support if he wishes to be part of his son's life. That's the real life version of it.

The ITV version where he gets full custody could happen only when the abuse of miscarrying wife isn't brought up, that she did what she did just like that.. without any reason, Akshnav are mentally unstable/are too poor like very poor to even fulfil basic needs of Abhir/Akshara is involved in serious criminal activity..like she's a proper criminal for the police 😆 That's the only way any court would grant AbhiM full custody.. actually he still wouldn't get full custody even but ITV so.. 💁
