Abhi loves Ruhi the same way he loves Abhir. He has said this multiple times and even shown it multiple times. Moreover, I don't see a big difference between Abhi's relationship with Ruhi and Nav's relationship with Abhir. Does Abhi have more on his plate now? He definitely does. But he hasn't really ignored Ruhi or treated her as less important than Abhir. If he is in Kasauli to be with his son, why is that wrong or unjust to Ruhi? Do people seriously don't have two children? And this is pretty normal when there are divorces and stuff and kids from different families.
The only real change is in what they are called. Abhir can call Nav Papa, and Nav wants to be called Abhir's Papa. The whole reason Navshu married was to provide a traditional family unit without any confusion. But Ruhi is much better with knowing her true relationship with everyone and knowing how her dad is dead, and he loved her very much.
I personally think this is more Arohi's insecurity than Ruhi's. Ruhi was even instigated by Arohi. Arohi wants Ruhi to be the top and ONLY priority of Abhi, but that's not possible if Abhi also has a son. It's just not how families function. If in the future Abrogi have a kid, wouldn't that kid get the same attention? Would Abhi love that kid more cause it's his than Ruhi? It's just Arohi's old jealousy with Ak, which is reduced, and she has grown, but she still feels like things are unjust for her daughter while Ak's son has it better. Which is NOT true.
Ruhi got to have the love of both families for six years. No one is replacing her, but she just has a brother who also loves her now and shares that love. Abhir on the other hand, was kept away from his family and doesn't even know his true heritage. He is only now getting the love and attention that he deserved. It is true that Abhir is lucky to have a dad like Nav too. The only real thing is that Abhir has both an adopted dad and a real one, and Ruhi only has an adopted dad cause Neil is dead.
