Let's consider marriage happens and Meerab comes back with Child.. So, considering she is the first wife and owns half of Khan's property via Anwar and also the mom of the heir (first child) will the status of Khani automatically go to her or is it not like that?

Is it chosen on basis of something else ? I don't have much understanding about that...
