This can go two ways.
1. If Ak wanted to confess to Nav - Ak believes her safe zone is Nav. With him there are no extremes and no surprises, and, she has sincerely been wanting to move on. So she thinks of confessing to Nav but Ab is there. Assuming he heard it, it does not change anything for him. He already knows she prefers Nav over him and even though there is no intimacy in that relationship, Ak has herself given the impression by her words and actions that she loves Nav. So Ab won’t be surprised. Also, she is drunk, so she probably will not remember anything the next day and this whole charade is useless. Only he will know what she uttered and once again realize that it was his best decision to let her go. Further he will do his best to get them together.
But it will remind Ab of the mandir encounter and he may try his best to stay away from Ak, no more jamming with jam banters for him. He will completely focus only on Abhir and Ru. Since Abhir is getting better he may even decide to go back with MJ. And this can jolt Ak, who probably assumed that Ab would stay forever or something.
OR
2. If Ak wanted to confess to Ab - Since many (and me too) feel that Ab is the one she subconsciously loves but has buried that truth deep in her heart. With all the Abhira wedding reminders in front of her , that feeling is brought back into her mind and she blurts out when drunk. Again Ab, knowing she is drunk can ignore but decide to get a clear confession in the next few days. And he may try to create situations just like the first time. Since Ak would not remember any of this, she will wonder why Ab is suddenly putting them in joint situations or constantly bringing u their past. Added to that, Mj will also help Ab in her own way, now that she has started feeling Abhira need to be together.
Anyway, since Ak will not remember what she said, this whole drunken monologue may end up being useless.
