Akshara literally said ILU like 5-6 times in that scene.....I doubt Abhi missed all of it😆....it's pretty clear he heard her 😆....but yes, even then he may just chalk it up to her being drunk and babbling randomly😆

she didn't say any name abhinav or abhi. As per the sequence of scenes they showed in drunk state ar and ak first started talking about kids and nautanki. Later kv stopped them kya bacha bache. Then they danced after Nasha .later they started college talks. Ak praised ar as doctor .ar started praising her jam and her voice singing. Then slowly their friends talks in car. After that ar said you sing very nicely. Sing a song. Ak can't get lyrics. So they are in flow of going backwards in their life in Nasha where ak singing was praised. That's abhira phase where ak became a singer. I love my hubby is that hubby there who got her voice back along with her. Later she went confessed to abhi without seeing him. Both are shocked.
