I thought Dhruv intended to give Tara some inkling of what he was about to do by speaking before lifting the torch. Tara didn't exactly understand it ( I don't blame her though), but in a way, it was nice that they're not magically on the same page (in real life, it's tough to guess too 😆)

So Dhruv counted on the Maharani to stop the torch. What if the Maharani moved, but was too late, and the Maharaj simply sidestepped the torch 😛 That would've been the end of Dhruv babu- Senapati was only too happy to use the sword and finish him there and then.

I didn't like Maharani slapping Dhruv either, and her excessive praise of the King (she always does it though- almost as if she knows how to placate his ego 😃)

Didn't expect the pre-cap scene to come this early, and Tara is meeting Dhruv when he's watching the moon (which means its past sunset 😲)
