Tirthankar toh bilkul nahi. Doesn't suit the character or the persona of the actor in the show.

What incident will happen with the arrival of Samar in Kasturi and Nilesh's lives? Is there some truth hidden in Samar's mind that Kasturi is unaware of? The answers the show will unveil soon.

Judging from the sentence that immediately follows, I think Ashok Phal Dessai said "selfless" but meant "philanthropic." Samar's ambition is to succeed politically by solving societal problems, but he wouldn't altruistically sacrifice his own interest.

"He has a lot of life for" is a Marathi idiom - khūpa jīva āhe literally translated into English.🥱

Of course, misquoting is always possible. Times Of India's earlier article about the show identifies Nilesh and Kasturi as "brother and daughter."
