Agree side stories are important and that is what was missing this whole season, but I felt the timing was very wrong especially where they insert Kaikaan scenes, flow gets lost and the entire episode feels disjoined. Makers using pehla naasha on them was low. That was such an iconic moment in Abhira love story. .

I agree. The editing is bad for the episodes. They break the flow of scene so many times. But I can't do much about that in ITV. It all depends on shooting schedule completions.

I don't remember when did they play that song?

Give them a chance. Kuch toh story chali iss show main.

I understand what you're saying. And I'm not saying Nav is making the right call. But with the amt. of info he has all I'm saying is I can see from where his decision is originating.

I think if Kv's own family who has been a witness to all the mishappenings isn't able to understand him, then its bit too much to expect it from Muskaan Nav who just know the guy from few mts.

As to AbhiAbhi argument, the dialogues were hella confusing, so it can be understandably interpreted in many ways.. I honestly couldn't figure the underlying meaning of it.. but in my general pov (you're free to disagree) I don't think Nav doesn't see grey in the world or doesn't comprehend complexity of relationships. Yes it's all new to him but still he has been shown quick in empathizing & forgiving Ab and in understanding Kv's rudeness during 1st UD trip.

I just feel Abhinav shouldn't judge so quickly. It is out of character for him also. I don't know what the writers are thinking.

Yes, we can agree to disagree. I still feel he doesn't understand the complexity of relationships. He just gives in into the whims depending on what is better for everyone, irrespective of it being right or not. With Abhimanyu and Kairav, what they had wasn't related to him, it was related to Akshara. So I still don't feel that it is a difficult situation for him yet. Cause decisions were on Akshara. Let's see how he deals with this situation of Kairav-Muskaan.

I started watching it briefly in middle because of Krishna's character - probably the first born child of Kaira. I genuinely miss Krishna and Krish characters. I strongly disliked of Kartik-Sirat track but that's my problem. Good thing about Krishna and Kairav (and Krish to some extent - I miss Naksh and Kirti too, they could have been replaced and retained as Kirti was Goenka too) would be they had seen their parents and their rishta to some extent, they were actual bridge of the lead couple. For me Akshara as a lead was out of syllabus for taking Kaira's story forward. Why do makers do that? Even in BALH2, instead of Pihu they made Prachi lead. Arrey, why not a child who has seen real leads?

Having said that about legacy connect of the show, about second chance. Second chance for what is still my question. As Kairav said today, it's just a chance to their love. They came up with whole second chance nonsense for Manyu, Akshu and Nav ka random conversation.

If you mean, second chance at love, Yes! Of course, Kairav deserves that. Based on what I have read (sorry, did not watch the show in the start) Kairav had one of the most torturous experience of his first love. I am quite sure this time it would be happier..

(I have never been sure of Muskaan - Kairav pairing though, because somewhere in my head right after leap I had mentally imagined Dr. Rohan and Muskaan together 😆 but well that's my problem. Real issue for me is still the age gap, but jaane do.)

Till today, I was quite happy that those two got independent track without lot of interference from leads like Naksh-Kirti. Today it felt like their alliance will also be used as a weapon for leads😆 but woh bhi jaane do.

Muskaan not trusting Kairav isn't making sense because of the execution. After confessing within a second she just pushed away and started talking about trust.. I was like hein? I saw this tweet, and I agree makers should have given flashback to both Abhinav and Muskaan to help audience understand why are they not in favour of Kairav now? Also Sanju (verve) helped better understand Kairav and Muskaan's dynamic than these stupid writers. But khair as I said, if "leads" aren't getting mature growth, what are we expecting from those assumed to be sides.

PS: while we talk about legacy, I still hope they introduce Krishna as lead later because with Akshara this whole season seems messed up to me.

Krishna was adopted by Kaira. They had later clarified that she wasn't their first born. I think they were planning to do that first, but later they went against it. They showed Kartik getting confirmation of her first born being dead from the nurse who had stolen her.

So, then it leaves Akshara only who is related ro the OG Akshara to carry forward YRKKH legacy. I agree with your point, they never make the character lead who has seen the parents.

I always knew Muskaan and Kairav's story is to be started because this was told when Muskaan's actor was casted. They were planning to do this right from the start. That's why these two very having so many interactions from the time she landed in Udaipur.

There was a lot of involvement from Daadi in Naksh-Kirti alliance. Naksh wasn't in love with Kirti when he had agreed for marriage, and was guilt tripping the whole time. But then when he realised, he stood by it and fixed it. Naira also did a big role in supporting him and she even put her own marriage in stake for that as Kartik was furious.

I agree with the flashbacks, it feels so off without them. What is the DKP editing team doing? I still partially get Muskaan, though she is wrong. But I get it. But Abhinav I don't get, he talks to Akshara about everything. Then why not talk about Kairav to her before deciding on his own?

Kairav deserves a second chance at love. I feel he has suffered a lot as a character.

Beautifully put Shruti, Abhinav doesn’t know anything about their past. He just knows that Abhimanyu’s left ak and then everything else ak told him. So he doesn’t know about anisha and kairav. Nor does he know what kairav has been through.. I don’t think makers will give that clarification.. they will rush it like everything else.

I do think Kairav and Muskaan need to talk so she knows why he has been afraid to love and understand a bit more about him.

As for Kairav's past I don't think Abhinav knows anything about Akshu's family other than the high level things. To me at least Akshu has kept a lot of things to herself about her family members and her own personal details. She will only tell when needed. So I suspect there may be a scene later where Akshu may fill in Abhinav so he can agree to the wedding as he will sympathize and understand why Kairav was afraid to love again due to circumstances.

Baat nahi karti hai yeh ladki. She talks only on extreme need basis.

But Abhinav still knows ki Kairav is Akshara's brother. Ek baar baat to kar le Akshara se. Directly went on defensive mode.

Kairav and Muskaan will sort out the situation. It is Abhinav and then Neelamma we need to watch out for.

That time kairav didn't realise he's in love. What's the big deal if he took his time and later felt that he loves muskan? It would be a trust issue if he led her on, confessed love and backed out in front of the family.

I am thinking the same.. how does he not know. I guess she never shared since ak and kairav were not on talking terms until recently
