But trp audience and neutral audience memory is short. I saw many liking and sympathizing with Pakhi on Facebook and YouTube under Ghum posts and videos. Very few disliked her there. Those were thousands of comments I saw from ppl

I've seen those comments too. Some people do sympathise with her and call out Virat instead. I saw people calling Vinu her son instead of Sai's as well. But there have been tracks where Virat calling her out have fetched great ratings.

The point is all the 3 characters have been most important pillars of the show's success. As one of them left that too without any proper closure it will affect ratings in the long run.
