Gen 1 had a lot of the traditional rituals, people against arranged marriage, akshara had to cover her head initially but both families were willing to chnage with the times and were basically good people at heart who genuinely wanted their kids to be happy. Second season suhasini goenka was the worst and this season manjari has surpassed her. Manjari controls abhimanyu. The two factors that have contributed to abhimanyus unhappiness are his anger and his mother. The mothers in the earlier generations were not witches. The writers and creatives have collectively lost their freaking minds in this generation. Gen 1 akshara even though she was timid when she started was pretty much the head of the family when she died. Even with naira she could influence a lot of the decisions. I doubt this akshara would ever have that power if she remarried abhimanyu

IMO… This Akshu is defo not shown as weak… with the emotional mental and physical state that she was when Abhi threw her out, if she would b weak, she would have gone to goenkas… but she took a different route… she went all alone and not only survived.. but built up a new family fir herself and was happy..

Her support system is not only shown zero but it’s shown as negative… it’s ok if they don’t support her… but for her case, it looks like the gorillas r always ready to pouncr in her and snatch whatever little she has too…by blaming and shouting at her…

She is shown as a too selfless person.. she left the gorillas as she knew her presence will affect the lives of gorillas as it’s complicated with arohi being Neil’s widow and pregnant with his child..,

Ab tak this is what I felt..

Now I want the makers to show a stronger Akshu who really gives it back to the gorillas…

I still m of the opinion that Abhinav will die and Abhi will b somehow responsible… Abhi is really a big villain of akshus life.. ab tak.., hope he really is shown as a hero soon…

There is no denying that akshara is strong. But to become a decision maker you do need the families support. Akshara was not the oldest but the family supported and respected her. I do not see akshu ever getting that in birla house simply because of manjari
