It's hard to dominate someone who typically issues commands to everyone. Also, everyone only knows bits and pieces jo individually utne zyaada concerning nahi lagte.

Jaise, Faizi only knows he has a chest pain and that too, doesn't know how severe it is. You tend to chalk it up to stress, especially when it's people like Karan who take too much work on themselves.

I really want to see their (Param and Karan) interactions on job.

Param brings in experience and a new perspective, also by staying away from active service must have given him a new dimension.

Was Karan contemplating using the cadet network? So, when Param proposed it, he wasn't quite surprised.

Actually, the cadets don't really need to know they are part of a mission. The trio can only disclose what they are looking to get. This way, there is still secrecy but there is minimal risk of disclosure.
