The third and final thing, there is no backstory for Abhinav - he was an orphan and wanted a family, that is all. At this point at least, if they want Nav to take the role of Ak's husband and ML then they need to flesh out his character more. Show us his past, he didn't used to believe in God before he met Ak, what happened? He had a previous relationship, what happened? He was in an orphanage, where are all his friends? What are his past mistakes, what did he learn from them, etc? Most importantly, why is he such an AA ????

She called her bade papa...when she saw him also thinking that she is responsible for the condition then she decided to stay away from them too....Akshara didn't took help of stranger just like that.....when she was arrested he was the one who saved her.....

Few things I want to point out about the initial days, Ak was going to confess her love for Abhi, but she didn't stop cause of her relationship with Arohi, she stopped cause Arohi blackmailed her. And even in the other instances, it is clear to the viewer that Ak loves Abhi in all of those actions. Esp going to save him in the car with Kairav, she clearly stated her motivations, and they weren't generic goodness. Without knowing this, Abhi interpreted some things, I understand that. But it's a valid question to ask - if you don't love me, why plan my birthday, why defend me at the expense of yourself, saved me from fire etc? In all of this, for the viewer, it is shown clearly that Ak's motivation is that she loves Abhi. If Abhi was able to feel that, then he can question it himself. Add to all of this the long looks, the falling, etc. It's super clear when Abhi starts ignoring Ak that it was something both of them felt.

As to telling someone you don't love them cause it would complicate things, or there are complicated reasons part. I think that is the stupidest thing a person can do. Love is not easy, and if you find someone you love and see a life with, none of the other reasons should factor in. Especially in confessing your love to that person. That is my personal view and again, part of the reason I like Abhi over Ak.

Abhi-Arohi stuff, I agree with you completely and honestly think he mostly did it out of spite to force Ak into a situation like that.

I second that

I too prefer Abhimanyu over Akshara for his honesty and straightforwardness. I personally prefer people who can speak their heart than hide everything and expect others to understand.

I liked the fact that he openly confessed his love on Tilak 1.0 than giving in to the situation and letting the ritual happen. He poured his heart out that day!! A yes or no from Akshara would have cleared everything.

After Manjari fell sick, he agreed to marry any girl the family chooses, harsh chose Aarohi and he agreed.

And the reason he asked Akshara to stay away from the family was not because he wanted to keep her away from them. He always knew that his family (full of doctors) is practical whereas Akshara's family is emotional and cordial. And since Akshara is a sensitive person, he thought she might not be able to handle the everyday drama.

Feels sad that his character is being judged based on white day and the marriage is called abusive!!! 😄

The truth may sting once but a lie is like a slow poison that devours relationships. I do not see him as grey but just a regular flawed person with kind heart and scope for improvement. Yes he has been impulsive and couldn’t control his anger at times - but those can be managed or treated.

I do not wish to spend my time second guessing the other person’s thoughts. So I can never be okay with the type of lying and escaping Akshara does. She may have her reasons for those too but its just not an acceptable quality for me. The way she has handled/fled from situations just doesn’t sit well with me. Her intentions maybe pure but there’s hardly any logic or sense in her decisions.

Pardon me for continuing this..

What makes you think that anger / impulsiveness can be treated but lying / running away can't? I believe it's way more easy as it's not a personality trait...if people around her give her confidence , trust her , and be a little more forgiving to her stupidity , she is capable of this . She is judged very harshly and wrongly everytime she tries to step ahead to help others. Self preservation is not in her genes.

For the imp part , no 2 humans can ever read the others mind. So why aren't we all equally expressive? Bec there is a fear of losing something dear , fear of situation spiraling out of control , fear of complications arising in relationships, fear of letting someone down , fear of an argument/fight which not everyone can handle.

That's the reason at one time abhim was good for aksHra. Bec he cud speak for her when she couldn't. But mostly he went against her , not giving her the slightest margin of error. At some point (before khera leap actually) I wS pro abhimanyu . I understand where you come from . Peace ✌

Really ? AkshRa said no so why didn't he accept it ?

Staying away from the family is easier said than done. If you're married you know that sons and dils are seen differently and treated differently in every family. While a son is allowed to get away with a lot of shit , a dil is judged minute by minute. A newly married bride needs time to understand the new family dynamics plus she had her own thought process which she had to suppress.

If abhimanyu actually wanted her to stay away from his family matters , he should have moved out the day he married akshara.. there was no other way to make it possible. I guess after harsh manjari divorce kaand she did stay away completely from Birla family nonsense. She was mostly misunderstood to interfere (Neil's truth , Neil arohi shadi , khera kaand and white day).

Please, I never said Akshara’s issues could not be managed. I have only given shared my personal preferences. I know some would find dealing with Abhimanyu more difficult.

I was only giving my opinion. I just find it difficult to understand her motivation and reasons.

There maybe those who are able to connect with her easily. But I find it tedious to have to keep decoding her true feelings.

So it was only about my personal choice. Not about who is right or wrong. I have never tried to say that Abhimanyu didn’t make mistakes nor has Akshara always been perfect.

I accept both with have their flaws. I just like one human more than the other. It doesn’t imply that he’s the better person or he is more/less right than the other or that he shouldn’t have realizations and redemption.

I just find his ways direct and less messy.

Many would disagree and prefer Akshara - that’s great too. Its good to know her view points from you all since I do not get her at most times. After reading your views I can sympathize with her even when I may have been too harsh initially to analyze her. I do feel calmer. And thanks to all for that.

I just hope the makers start to untangle the mess in the story and give a happy ending for all. I am frustrated with all the crying, blaming and fighting - it’s gone on long enough!

this show is not Navs story..so his past doesn’t matter. This is aksharas story..so only as long as he is part of her life he matters..what he did before he met ..is not relevant. As for her sharing with him..she’s shared her life with him for 6 years…eating together, sleeping together, raising Abhir together, sorting out finances together… she didn’t share her traumatic divorce or her singing as those 2 issues brought pain for her …so she shared everything else…
