No. Her forgiveness did not result in the death of three men. She gave a suggestion to Murtasim with good intention. He was the one who took the decision. She was nowhere responsible for the death of the 3 men.

her forgiving anwar waqas anila and murtisim forgiving senior malik has different meanings ......

they literally forced her to the point of no return , so it is not easy for her to forget all this ... she was proud to be the daughter of waqas and he brutally broke her trust ...

I don't think so she preached what she didn't practice. In the kidnapping sequence, she went through a lot. But she told Murtasim that she was forgiving those who kidnapped her.

If she is someone who holds on to grudges she wouldn't have brought Haya back and tried to convince Murtasim to not get Haya married against her wish.

Meerab is not able to forgive her adoptive parents because they left her at a point where she needed them the most. Her trust was broken. It takes time.

I am talking about her not forgiving Waqas and Anila. With Murtasim, it is different. She herself is not sure what her feelings are for Murtasim. At first she didn't like him and she was sure of it. But with time she saw the side of Murtasim which she has never seen before. She started falling for him unknowingly. But at the same time, like someone said if she accepts Murtasim then it is like accepting her forced marriage is right. It is the fight between her heart and her mind. The day she realizes that she loves Murtasim then there is no question of unforgiving.
