That's where instant justice should come into play... IYKWIM

F*ck our judicial system man! That so called minor was the most brutal in torturing her. Tab yaad nee aata ki wo minor hai? Suddenly punishment dete huye yaad aa jata hai ki wo baccha hai!!

That's not only Indian law...

Today, often minors know exactly what they can all do without getting punished for that when entering adulthood...you will be able to read about very violent crimes (including murder) done by boys and girls even younger than 14... (or read about kids used for atrocious crimes by adults)

Or the famous "Don't do unto others what you would not have done unto you"...like "you raped this girl, now you get raped the same way"...or "you raped that girl, now you will lose the ability to rape any girl for your own pleasure - or even have sexual pleasure again"...snip-snap...

However much politically incorrect that may sound but yes.... That... or the very least an easy release (and I'm not talking about from the court of law).

I believe the same ... but at the speed mankind grows, there are always new souls that can go wrong because of all the souls that don't evolve (for whatever reasons)...

Hmmm... Yes. Evolution is tough and a very slow process which may take many many lifetimes (according to what we believe in sanatan dharm).
