That hug can be interpreted acc. to your preference. Well done Dkp. It was a lollipop for AbhiRa fans, a hug of gratitude for AkshNav fans and just plain distasteful for some. But the thing is, neither Akshara's feelings nor Abhimanyu's attitude has changed post that hug. Akshara happily went back to her home with her husband and son while Manyu is back to falling for his mother's words. So everyone is still in their default mode. Now I want full on custody drama.

Just saw a spoiler ( don’t know how much true it is but found it interesting hence sharing) Ak goes back to kasauli with AbN and Abhir, and does a disappearing act once again, i.e., changes her location without informing any of the 🦍😅

it would be hilarious beyond belief if this happens.
