Kangana may have a rotten personality in real life and bad movie choices now. Or messed her face with surgeries. But her talent and her naturally good looks in her debut days and her self made stature are unquestionable.
Anyday better than Alia who has no looks, no special talent and was force fed to audience and hyped, spoonfed by K Jo.
I never liked Alia except maybe Raazi. Overrated actor can never come close to Kangana in acting.

Or even Fashion, Queen, Raaz2 for that reason. Kangana is phenomental. She has the masses with her, but she's also got a cult fanbase of her own, which I can never see Alia being able to build.

I see Alia as an overrated kid. She's very superficial in her portrayal of characters.
