agar aschha balance ho.. toh dal jese hi Kadhi bhi ekdum mast lagti hai. Kadi patte ke sath tadka.. add in ginger, garlic and green chili, besan wala dahi, salt.. let it boil and last mein add little bit of gud. Ahaha.. ekdum mast spicy, tangy and lil bit sweet. Sare flavors. Kya kadhi banti hai phir. 😛

Try green chilli paste, adrak paste and kothmir in chaas! Another superb combo.

My kids love roti so I make all kinds of vegetable rotis. Carrot roti, zucchini roti, Dudhi paratha, methi thepla, palak roti, sweet potato roti. Same style mein.

I agree it does seem tasty the first few times 😆

But there should be variations in the way things are cooked. Same way me regularly banao to kitna bhi achha ho bore ho jaate hain...

Not sarcastic. Sacchi mai. Mast lagti hai chaas iske baad. Haa but niyantran mai, aise nahi ki mirchi aur adrak mai chaas daalo. Chaas mai mirchi aur adrak daalna hai, aur baarik Kati hui kothmir. Try kar aur mujhe bata.
