What I understood is

According to meerab, murtasim thinks she has affair with rohail, that's why he shifted to haya to satisfy his needs

That's what her dialogue " I held rohail hand, so u hugged haya" implied.

Haya has confessed to Meerab that she knew about MZ and still was with Mariyam eloping with her.

Meerab should not trust Haya.

I think Moonks said Rohail said something about the contract to MK. If that is the case then I can understand his reaction of bringing Rohail up and getting angry. If so, he will prob say that to her on Wed and she might confess on Wed or Thurs that she loves him and not Rohail. Wed she might be blank and just cry like she usually does and MK is upset coz she doesn’t contradict him and thinks his marriage is over and Thursday she might run after him and chillake kahengi.
