They need a good creative head who actually can filter which part of story are important and which are not. Even their higly promoted shows don't fo better now days. And sometimes even with less promotions shows gets hit. So more than promotion they need work on the story better, understand what audience actually likes and make changes to story accordingly. Also many writers complain that hum interfers a lot with their writing. They should stop interfering and give creative liberty to writers. Why waste time on shows with good concepts if the writers aren't getting freedom.

Badshah begum was ruined because they gave more importance to unnecessary love triange with less importance to other characters.

Same for tinkay ka sahara. Most episodes were wasted on jail scenes of main characters.

In BB they focused on that baktiyaar instead of focusing on main characters.

It's darker than his hair.

But the trailer looks different and like a movie.

Since it's farhan there are high chances the leads will have amazing chemistry if there is a proper love story.
