Talking about Avocados, it’s a miracle in itself if it stays eatable by the time you muster motivation to eat it. It may be a superfood or not but it’s definitely not environmentally friendly crop. This and Almonds are water guzzlers for the amount of yield they produce and mouths they feed. Especially if you are in India, I don’t even understand the fancy of eating it spending a fortune on it. Eat local, fresh and healthy!
