Reasons for DT not to be together

Tara's love for her kingdom/folks

Tara's promise to return Dhruv to Susheela (this rules out Dhruv staying in the 17th century)

Maharaj's promise to Senapati (Tara will never overrule this herself even if she despises the Senapati- true ITV FL style)

Reasons for DT to be together

Dhruv's father-uncle being imprisoned for no fault of his- so Tara returning to the 21st century to be with Dhruv would be kinda an "ITV payback"

Mahavir/Rani see Tara's liking for Dhruv and encourage them to be together in the 21st, especially after Dhruv saves Mahavir.

Either way, there are plenty of turns that this serial could take, and that keeps the general viewer hooked.

And for Tara, as the Rajkumari of Vallabhgadh, her family, responsibilities as an ayurvedic professional and her need to benefit her public do precede anything else. It will be a difficult decision to make.
