Maggi thandi hoke uska cake type banne do. Fir uss cake ke chote chote Maggi ke balls banao, besan ke batter main daalo aur fir talo. Nisha Madulika show mai aapka swagat hai.

But ye sab karne se usme ice jamta hai kya? Ice-cream mei barf ka taste aana, I mean. Samajh gaye? 🤔😆 Generally home-made icecream ke saath bas ye hi problem aata hai

Bahut thoda sa agar tum milk ko reduce na karo to. Mai to aalsi hoon isliye milk boil hote hi sab ingredients daal deta hoon... Par fir bhi minor sa hi ice banta hai. Khane me 80-90% bazar jaisi hi lagti hai. Pehle cover kar deta tha polyethene ya tin foil se, jo bhi raha ghar pe, to usse ice formation ekdum reduce ho jata hai... Par ab wo bhi nahi karta. Sirf lid laga deta hoon 😆

I know it was a risk I took. And henceforth I'll be clubbed in the weird people category, but I did it all out of friendship to quell my friend's curiosity.

Nathu apan stall khol le kya? Tu kulfiwaala banja, aur mai Maggi ke pakode talungi. Readymade customer in Zeal toh already hai apne paas.

Hahah.... Haan right, ye plastic wrap/foil wrap wala trick I read somewhere plus they blend the mixture twice before freezing toh usse bhi ice nahi jamta ice-cream mei.

BTW, You can add rabri, pistachio shavings and chia seeds to your home-made icecream to make it taste like falooda 😆 #justsaying (I excluded noodles cuz I don't like them.) 😆
