Did you not watch the part where it was shown that she did not want to sing anymore after what happened to her? And tell me one thing, what is so dishonourable about selling jams for a living? Why is a singing career superior to that of selling jams? If you ever get to visit the rural areas of India, you'll find thousands of women trying to make a decent living for themselves by selling such items like jams, papad, achar etc. Do they not deserve our respect just because they did not manage to ear their money with conventional jobs?

I don't know where you live, but these "aesthetically displeasing" clothes are what a lot of women wear in small towns. Those clothes were produced because there definitely is a section of the population that consumes them. It is their reality. And what is abnormal about a "pretty girl" like Pranali wearing Kurta and salwar?

OMG not everything is that deep uk do i have to like the styling and believe me there r enough decent looking salwar kurta which r not even expensive looking... it's not like I'm demeaning people who wear kurtis.....i don't like the styling as simple as that....nd I like to stick to shows for TV shows... singing career would be superior coz that' what this woman wanted to do her entire life...nd just coz she's divorced she gives up on her dreams bachpan ki...this is character growth progression , strong FL... People who make Jam r either very good at making Jam nd stuff or have a proper business model or no other option what was AK reason for choosing this profession...AK is qualified comes from a business family... atleast apna inherited business acumen hi lga leti to make her Jam business big... I'm sorry I don't wanna throw pity party at the financial situation of Sharma's ...they had options they refused to take

Then you should have said just that instead of going on and on about Pranali being a pretty girl being dressed in jholas.

Music, for that matter , any form of art requires soul. It is not a mechanical 9 to 5 job that can be done without putting any heart or mind into it.

Can't a person's choice of a career change with circumstances? She would have wanted to be a dobger back then, but might want different things from her professional life now. It's all about personal choices and preferences. And it has been implied in the show that she is good at what she does. Her jam is quite popular among the tourists. What is so wrong about wanting to do something new with her life? And who is to say that her music could have taken her places? Don't you know how hard it is for people in that industry to succeed without having any backing?

And business acumen or any form of skill cannot just be "inherited" by blood. That is not how it works. It requires years worth of efforts, exposure and experience to acquire those skills. Expecting a total business noob like her, who is also studying part time to turn out to be a better bigshot business woman in a span of 6 yrs is just stupid.

You know... I am also confused...

Why did she stop singing....

She did not even sing a lullaby for her son... We all thought it was because of the trauma...

But then when she started singing again... It was not even addressed...

There was no scene where she overcame her trauma or is still haunted by it...

She just started singing again... That's it...

Neither did anyone ask her nor did she give anyone her POV.

I think the dressing shows that she is not trying to look beautiful...

If she was in love she would have tried to be beautiful to make him and her happy...

One thing I can see is that except for a minority all ship fans are mainly the fans of the male of the ship .. both Nav and Abhimanyu fans dislike Akshara and both sides don’t think she has been good for their guy .. Majers really should make Abhimanyu and Abhinav coparent .. they like each other and anyway it is only Abhinav who the kid is supposedly close to and who is responsible for his Parvarish and Abhimanyu anyway has money and the junoon and he can do no wrong .. it is all about people like Akshara who made him throw her out .. let the two fathers bring up the child and they can cliff Akshara ..I think it will be easier to watch ..

It was mentioned her Jam is delicious.... it's also mentioned she struggled when she was making Jam the first time implying she wasn't always good at it....it's also mentioned quite clearly that the business is not doing well...so tell me is it a wise choice for her to switch career learning a wholly new skill that takes time to cultivate instead of honing skills she already has... isn't the luxury to indulge in hobbies and switch careers like that for people in better financial position.... people do learn something about the family profession having grown up in that environment...nd if she lacks the business acumen her business will hardly succeed, business and music both are risky field if you don't know how to run a business no matter how good her Jam is the business won't take off...nd 6 yrs not that short of a period to get a business going even if it's not huge

What about her law degree....is this business a side job...nd she actually wants to be a lawyer...What happens to this business when she starts practising law...or she even planning to practice law nd just getting the degree to fight custody case which now she ain't fighting herself ...so the next time someone fear legal trouble they'll get a law degree....nd if u get some disease become a doctor...Nav is encouraging her to become a lawyer...what if somehow things don't workout between AkshNav will she give up on law nd go for another career change....nd students who study get part time jobs not full time businesses.... It's ITV such leaps r actually brought forth to bring freshness in the show for character growth...her excelling professionally or atleast doing something worthwhile even if it wasn't really major would've been a good answer to all who let her down..... where's the strong FL... what's the point of this leap at all if there's no character progression for her nd she's becoming more bechari instead of strong

Abhimanyu destroyed her soul by abusing her verbally and physically and then discarding her off like some piece of trash. This is what had rendered her incapable of singing again.

And about this supporting her career, did he also not loathe her voice and told her he never wanted to hear her singing again during the first time around he divorced her? Did he not send her back a broken guitar?

ItA small business just like how housewives manage it with thousands of other chores they do .

I want akshara but away from any influence specially abhim and his toxic mummy . I know aisa hoga nai , if abhin ends up with up akshu, it might be the end of yrkkh ...

Abhim brings out the worst in akshara and I suppose it's mutual...still, abhin akshu alone can't hold the fort..a 3 hr movie with thoda hai thode ki zaroorat hai theme is fine but not in a daily soap...these characters r bearable bec of the Contrast with each other ..so I'm not sure what exactly will make me happy 🤣

You have completely sidestepped the entire issue of that post. If she is incapable of singing cause Abhi destroyed her soul, HOW IS SHE SINGING AGAIN ? There has been nothing about that whole thing. We have no POV, no proper reason, nothing. Just started again, and no one even seems that surprised.

No one is saying the jam business is less of a job, but she herself has said her business isn't doing well. Itv keeps treating female jobs as hobbies, that is the problem. If she is a jam businesswoman, why do we not see any of her success with that? In six years, she should have her own niche in the market instead of still trying to carve out a niche. It's just very inconsistent.

Pranali is beautiful, but they are styling her horribly. It's not subjective, they are doing it on purpose, for what reason, I have no idea. Even after the first leap, they made her look plain and had her wear plainer clothes, but she still looked pretty. It's just that the styling is supposed to convey the character's story. Here it is conveying nothing except she is putting on too much kohl and wearing bad dresses because they are poor. That's it. There are lots of ways to style a character as being poor, not just kohl.

That' totally ur assumption that i consider a Jam business less of a job... housewives who do what they do have so many different reasons nd circumstances ... let's just leave real people out of such discussions...i don't find the character professionally motivated she switches careers like anything she has a jam business nd is pursuing law ...what she plans to do after getting her degree is upto god... she's struggling getting a few orders...out of blue started a Jam business...what was her motivation....why a Jam business....like i pointed out it's not like she was always good at making Jams... didn't she have gift shop in first leap.....why not another gift shop....she used to write some special messages on gifts... would mean she's good at writing...why not try content writing.... it's a lucrative part time job... easier to do while studying than a full time business...any business requires investment... I'm not praising AbhiM for motivating her... personally I'm asking what's the reason she stopped singing in the first place...there was never any background given on exactly what triggered her to stop singing... it's about abhiM but what....that he supported her career...he told her he hates her voice in first leap....coz it was the concert location she went to when Neil died....it could be anything we can only speculate... they said Ak never sang a lullaby for abhir...then why did she suddenly start singing

1) What's her motivation to open a Jam business?Why not another profession?Why exactly Jam
