I think when Dhruv treats Tara, some folks will notice he has extra concern/worries for her well-being (over and above than the usual one between a doctor/patient), and will put 2 + 2 together.

Unfortunately, Senapati will probably be the one to notice it 😔 (but hopefully the Maharani too )

IMO, Mahaveer should teach Dhruv how to say I Love You in ancient Hindi language..

Multiple times Dhruv has already told Tara that main tumse pyaar.. but she can’t understand it
