I think so too. We might get why he is upset. Like CherryOnTheTop said Haya and Rohail might create disturbances in Meerasim's life but they won't be the reason for the actual separation. In the interview, the writer told that Haya and Rohail will not be able to separate Meerasim. She kind of told that if they create problem in one way then in another way their love story continues.

He only reacted to information he didn't know about Meerab.

When he finds out Meerab knew anus was in the house and didn't tell him, his eye are ready to pop out. And when the elopement topic starts again, he couldn't listen to it, he didn't want to hear how many times Meerab facilitated this.
