they lighten the skin up so much in these shows..and then the same actor in some other so called de-glam show and their skin looks 10 shades darker..

after i looked at some desi tik tok videos, i started getting all POC content from the region etc..and a lot of the posts are so toxic and racist.. and major cringe

Nowadays i feel actors wear more makeup than actresses. In KA sajal's pimples and reddishness are pretty visible but in yunhi they soften up Bilal ashraf's wrinkles so much that his face borderline looks like an AI version of him. Even maya Ali's face don't look as flawless as his😆

If you are watching yunhi you will notice they have used way too much CGI filters to make even old characters have perfect skin with no wrinkles or signs of aging. Everyone in that drama is way too fair. I guess hum tv uses those kind of filters and affects more than ary or geo.

In chand tara the scene before a dance sequence which had a different colour coding than the dance video, ayeza's makeup didn't look that good but in the music video she looked flawless and faired than a scene right before it😆.

I also get a lot of pak memes on insta and most of them are very misogynistic and degrading women esp actresses.

@bold exactly. He don't have a young looking face to start with. In tu jhooti main makkar they did too much CGI for ranbir's face as well and it went well because ranbir general has a chocolate boy face.

Imran abbas seems to have an obsession with jet black colour. Even his eyebrows are jet black😆. I think some actors darken their beard as well and to hide their hairline they might do something to the forehead as well.
