Who will get Abhir’s custody?

Since right now this is talk of the town wanted to get everyone’s opinion on this.

Would like AkshNav to get custody .. but mostly the toxicity wholesale merchants will get it and then get it from Abhir ..

One doesnt becomes a father merely by leaving their sperms inside a woman, but it takes a lot of efforts and work to attain that position. A father figure is someone who actually becomes the child's first ever idol and the child starts to see how a person manages an entire home by earning and by supporting the mother in both good and bad. Abhir has seen a lot of shades of Abhinav and only 1 shade of Abhimanyu. He will never choose this pyscho, insecure fellow so called Docman chacha. He has always appreciated what Abhinav has done on the night of his birth and thats where he became an idol for Abhir.

I want Abhimanyu to win.

If akshu wins, She will separate Abhi from the kid as she is in her revenge mode. She will conveniently deny Abhi from meeting Abhir just because she wants to keep her delusional world alive.

I want Abhi to win. Hand over the kid to akshu and tell her I never wanted to separate your kid from you. All I wanted was a little place in his life. Without custody, I never thought you would let me have it. So now I have custody but Abhir will stay with you. He is my Amarnath I am handing over it to you but you can not stop me from talking to him and meeting him.

That way Abhi will go against his mom too. Currently, for Abhi, the battle is not about who will get a chance to live with Abhir. For Abhi, it's a life and death situation as akshu will not even let him meet Abhir if he loses.

Akshu's there is no guarantee as initially she threatened him and she only allowed Abhi to meet once a month when she heard about custody. She can flip anytime.

Please do not quote me if you want to tell mom deserves custody. This is purely my opinion and wish to see on screen.
