IPKKND was different. Arnav Khushi had a huge fan base. When Akash Payal marriage track was going on the show managed to top trp charts. It was in top till Arnav got kidnapped. Then slowly declined. I agree vj is extremely popular but I don’t think Angad Sahiba has that great fandom. Even today it’s Suraj Chakor fans that are majority for VJ followed by Anushka Rajat.

Ipkknd was different. Gul established the couple with lot of cute scenes, Arnav was obsessed with Khushi and fell in love with her and then Gul bought misunderstanding. Even after the misunderstanding, Arnav did not mistreat Khusi to the extent Angad did Sahiba and Khusi was loved by his family, pura family gher ke ussko insult nahi karta tha hall main. Here first 100 episodes wasted on Sahiba getting abused and mocked. Online fanbase are huge for these love hate jodis who are conventionally attractive, Sahan had potential but Vanku killed it with slow pace. Worst was suicide track which dropped ratings, Angad did not show one second of humanity towards Sahiba and blamed her while she was stressed for her sisters life. Then came the dumb promo of jimmedari.
Shows at 7 pm don't start with 1.5 ratings, this one did. Even Udaariyaan started with 0.9 and increased to 3. Had they followed og ka pace and given right promos ratings would have easily touched 2 but creatives missed the bus by a lot. Ab if they even start Angad Sahibas love story it will be a huge deal.
Agree, It is a very beautiful Show but comparatively it is very Slow Slow at that time, that's what I felt. TMD Promo affected a lot they should have decreased FL humiliation, they have dragged a lot. And there is no promo for engagement too.Originally posted by: hellodona
