Billu is very focused on his acting and comes off as very passionate about acting. He don't crave for attention or stardom. Whereas Usama seems to love the attention that comes with the profession but don't know how to handle it. Billu except for his insta kand handled his stardom pretty well. He never came off as pretentious in his IVs or trying to act more than what he is.

Also billu don't give lambi lambi talks on sanskar and how sanskari he is or how farmabardar he is even though he says he is very attached to his family. 😆 he also admits he uses his innocent face to get away with things in his family. He is self aware 🤣

Innocent yes, but not sanskari like Usama. He admitted to having a gf during his movie promotion and his break up is now an open secret thanks to his dumbness 🤣. He also don't talk like he knows more than he does. He keeps his mouth shut when needed. Usama is a blabbermouth.
