Actors who have contract with channel can do multiple shows on that channel, actors who have contract with PH can do multiple shows on different channels

I remember, KSG was working on some channel and he came on set of some reality show on Star to support a contestant, they couldn't show him on TV, they edited him out of the episode

Casting agency manages small appearances like Kadam and other small actors they need for a few scenes

Actors who have contract with PH can work on other channels as Star is not their boss so star can't stop them

Big boss sounds like the perfect show for a loud attention seeking nautanki who is infamous and enjoys being unpopular also shamelessly. And master at crying victim after being disrespectful to the very audience that watches her show.
