Hence looks like only during surgery the families may come to know with something grave happening to Abhir or his life in danger and Abhira being super emotional or is it that more people get to know and shut their mouth to keep it secretive.

ya they can show that at midnight sometimes abhir used to get up and see akshara crying at midnight ,he could later let Abhimanyu know later
