Considering she hasn't had a good memory of Abhi float threw her mind I will try and be positive that it is a good thing.

She needs to recall and remember the Abhi she fell in love with. Once she starts recalling memories she may start melting a little and won't be so cold towards him. That will be an improvement and be a step in the right direction for them to eventually reconcile.

So in your opinion Ak is overcompensating by feeding etc. to cover up what she feels for Abhi. She wants to feel nothing for him but deep down she acknowledges some feelings and to counter that she’s being extra attentive to Nav.

I recall the scene after she sort of causally tells Abhinav that Abhi now knows. She then proceeds to tell him she doesn't have the strength to fight (fight this alone) and asked him do you feel guilty? That is a strange question to ask. Abhinav answered I do not. She was making sure he wasn't going to run away again otherwise she would have do more rubbish convincing to make him believe he is the father of Abhinav and she is his wife and this is their family. Since he said he wasn't she knows she doesn't have to do much. Maybe every now and then drop a few sweet comments his way and do a wifey thing like feed him a laddo from her hand when his hands are dirty.

Everything Akshu has done is to protect herself from the storm that will come when Abhir's truth is out. She needs people on her side to support her. She only has Abhinav. But she has added Muskaan and unbeknownst to her Kairav will be on her side too.
