Opinion so far is that he’s BK + Ninad. He’s also a product of his upbringing. Maybe Kaka saheb was the only sane man along with Samraat but we know what happens to good people in Ghum. They die.

Oh no no. Lets not let him get away with upbringing waala excuse. He was also a product of KJs mentorship. He also had Sam as a brother. He also lived with Sai for several years. yet nothing good rubbed off on him. And even if his toxicity is because of upbringing then he has the example of a hardened criminal like JM who has turned a new leaf for good.

That’s true too. Blaming it on his upbringing would kind of erase his liability of individual choices where he got the chance to be a good man but chose not to. Like how supporting someone’s life means funding them and being their guardian. And not making them his wife. Virat doesn’t believe in turning a new leaf. He believes in going back to one sided meethi yaadein.

The saddest part of all is he has started hating her because she chose to not marry him.

I thought when someone’s heart break they don’t start hating the person they love, rather pine for him/her more.
