Yes even though it's not considered as proof but i hope they have the call recordings when she tried to inform AbhiM just to make AbhiM more guilty.

Also, they have the testimony of their neighbours, Dr Sandeep on how good a parent Nav and Akshara are.

Also, about Finance i hope Kairav support Akshu and even if not she can legally ask for her share of the property plus she have the academy under her name so technically finance should not be the problem even if it's in reality court mandatory for AbhiM to pay for Abhir.
