The makers are confused about the age of Murtasim. First, they kept it as 28 then they changed it to 34 then again they changed it to 31. When the makers get the clarity then they will shoot the scenes of his birthday. Otherwise it will be like Meerab's birthday where she celebrated her 21st birthday and with in few day she became 26.
